SuperYacht Charities presents £23,000 cheque to Turn to Starboard

13th October 2017

We are delighted to announce that SuperYacht Charities has presented a cheque for £23,000 to Turn to Starboard to support veterans affected by military operations.

More than 500 marine enthusiasts met for a night of celebration and fundraising at the Superyacht Charities Ball in April this year. The super-sized cheque was presented to CEO Shaun Pascoe and Ops Manager Tamsin Mulcahy in Southampton last week.

Chosen charities for the 2017 ball included Turn to Starboard, Sail4Cancer and The SuperYacht Charities. The glittering event raised around £70,000 in total.

During the day before the Ball a charity cricket match was held, followed by an auction in the evening with prizes including a luxury beach hut weekend, tickets to see England vs Australia at Twickenham, family photography sessions and helicopter tours.
