Step aboard for competitive yacht racing

Get afloat

If you enjoy being in the fresh air and part of a team we invite you to try the thrill and challenge of sail racing.

You can sail at racing events throughout year from our new office at Haslar Marina in Gosport, or enjoy general sail training from our base at Falmouth in Cornwall – the choice is yours.

Our racing division is supported by The Endeavour Fund and Help for Heroes and if you’re inspired to take part we will provide you with a safe and fun introduction to sailing. Whether you’re a novice or experienced sailor we will teach you everything you need to get off the start line and onto the race course, all in a friendly  and supportive environment.

CEO and founder Shaun Pascoe

Speaking at the launch of our new racing division in July 2018, Turn to Starboard Chief Executive and founder Shaun Pascoe said: “We are honoured to enter into the world of competitive racing which is a natural progression of what we offer and provides a great way for those affected by operations to learn new skills, rebuild confidence and connect with other veterans.

“Thanks to the incredible support from Help for Heroes and The Endeavour Fund, this exciting new venture will help show that suffering from physical or mental injuries doesn’t have to mean aspiring to less, while serving as a gateway to future opportunities in the sport.”
