Current opportunities –

We are currently looking for volunteer Yachtmasters to help facilitate our sailing schedule for this year. We are looking for skippers with RYA Yachtmaster Offshore to sail our Family sailing trips and Yachtmaster Cruising Instructors to teach our RYA courses.

Spirit of Falmouth

Our beautiful 91-foot traditional Tall Ship, Spirit of Falmouth, requires routine maintenance and a variety of skills above and beyond our current capacity. In particular we are looking for electricians, mechanics, carpenters, painters and riggers to name a few.

Shore-based volunteers

We are often looking for volunteers to offer a few hours of their time at our shore-based events. It’s a great way to meet other fantastic supporters just like you and have fun while helping with our vital work. Contact us for current event volunteering opportunities.

We currently have a need for skilled volunteers to come forward and assist in the daily needs of Turn to Starboard.

If you think you have what we are after please get in touch –
